Bryan and Melissa

We have been married for almost 5 years, best friends for what seems like a lifetime, and have over 17 years of wedding experience between us. Nothing brings us more joy than spending our day capturing the most important and beautiful moments of your life! Walking away at the end of a long day and seeing the joy and gratitude on our clients' faces makes our jobs so fulfilling and worth every moment. We can’t wait to hear about your unique day and be a part of the magic!

Equipment

We use Canon DSLRs, L-Series lenses, Canon cinema cameras, wireless microphone systems, external audio recorders, a GoPro HD camera, shotgun microphones, on-camera lights, professional tripods, slider, jib, and steadicam equipment to capture stunning wedding images, and Adobe Suite to edit and publish beautiful still and moving pictures.

Our Associates

We work with a close team of professional second shooters whom we have trained in our style and workflow. When the package includes a second shooter, we only bring assistants we completely trust with your wedding. Contact us and let’s chat over some coffee or tea and brainstorm about your big day! What to Expect

We always encourage our clients to read over the details, visit our blog, and contact us any time with questions. Let us know about your vision and your budget. We are here to help make your wedding day dreams a reality.

1. Contact - Call or email us to ask questions and to set up a meeting. Bryan and Melissa work as a team, so feel free to speak with either or both of us.

2. Consultation - We like to meet with brides and grooms first to discuss the wedding day, show samples, and answer any questions. If you're ready to book, we can draw up a contract, but we do require a deposit to save the date, so bring your checkbook.

3. Engagement Session - If you decided to book an engagement session, we can schedule this any time after you save the date with us and before the wedding. We prefer to shoot around sunset, and we can find a time to schedule with you either during the week or on the weekend. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. We will edit about 50 finished pictures and send them to you via email or Zenfolio download.

4. Updates - Please contact us anytime to let us know of updates, tell us about your wedding planner, or ask us any questions that come up.

5. "Pre-flight" Email - We will email you about a month before the big day to finalize the schedule, addresses, and to review a few logistical questions with you and/or your wedding planner. We can also discuss music for the video at this time.

6. Final Check-In - We'll confirm the details with you 2-3 days before your wedding day.

7. The Big Day - We'll be there to capture your wedding day, as detailed in the package you chose.

8. Sneak Peek - We will edit a select group of photos to send to you within a week of your wedding for you to share with family and friends!

9. Editing and Final Delivery - Within two months of your wedding or the time we received the necessary music for your video, we'll edit your photos/videos and deliver all of the unedited and edited images and final videos on USB drive to you, as detailed in your package. We will also upload all edited photos to our Zenfolio account where you can pick your prints and order more, if you choose.

10. Follow Up - We're still here! If there's anything else you need, don't hesitate to ask. You can also order additional prints or photo books at this time.
